Star Parivaar Awards 2013 had been the eleventh year of its production. This year it had been held in the month of June, at the YRF Studios in Mumbai. This year not only television actors made an appearance at this ceremony, but famous Bollywood personalities like Ritesh Deshmukh and also graced the main event with their presence. Also, the likes of and Shamak Dawar were noticed at the event. The show’s highlights had been the dance performances performed by the entire family of the serials telecasted in the channel Star Plus. The award ceremony had been produced by the Sol and Anil Jha Productions.

The entire team of Star Plus made an appearance in the main event. Like the previous years, this show honored the brilliance in characters depicted by the actors in the serials from the network of Star Plus. The dignitaries who were awarded in this year included Natik, from the serial kya Kehlata hai, who received the award in the category of Favourite Papa.
