If cache cleaner actually removed the fonts from your system, you would not have a problem. If there are no installed fonts, Encore (and other Mac programs) will use the versions found in the Resources Folder. Dragging Encore to the Applications Folder does not install the fonts into the System for example.

If there are fonts installed in the System, Encore will use those instead. For longtime users, this is bad as some older versions have real problems. Worse, reinstalling the fonts does not always overwrite the old versions. There is a duplicate font blocker in OS 10 but I don't know when it first appeared. Here's how to do it: Open Font Book.app first and remove all previous versions of the Encore fonts first—very easy to do in Yosemite and El Capitan. It was a good run. I've had Encore since its inception & was even a beta tester as a full-time arranger. I hate the learning curve on all the other software choices out there, & with computers becoming obsolete every 18 months, I can't deal with it anymore.
